Before we mail
If your gift hasn't gone out yet, we can change the address, the message, or the mail date — free of charge. Just email us.
After we mail
Once an envelope is in the mail, we can't alter or redirect it. That's the nature of mail — but you're covered if something goes wrong:
- • Not received — if a gift hasn't arrived within 10 business days of its mail date, email us and we'll make it right.
- • Arrived damaged — send a photo if it's convenient, and we'll send a replacement.
- • Seeds don't sprout — let's troubleshoot first, and if that doesn't get you growing, we'll send replacement seeds.
