Terms of Use
Simple, honest terms.
Plain-language terms for sending a little hope through the mail.
Draft for owner/legal review — not final. This is a plain-language working draft, not legal advice.
What you're buying
Each gift is a sealed, labeled packet of fast-sprouting arugula seeds and a personalized card with your message. We deliver it by USPS mail to the address you provide, on the mail date you choose.
Delivery is controlled by USPS
We choose and honor the mail date, but the United States Postal Service controls how transit and arrival actually go. Delivery timing is estimated, not guaranteed.
A note on seeds
Seeds are a natural product. We can't guarantee germination for any particular packet — conditions, soil, water, and climate all matter. Planting guidance is included, and we're always happy to troubleshoot with you if something doesn't sprout.
